The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel

The new Ark Pet Spa and Hotel brings a new brand to the Middle Tennessee region for pet grooming and hoteling. The existing 1,600 SF house structure will be renovated to accommodate the retail store, the grooming and bathing suites, the cat condo, and other shared common areas. The new 4,000 SF building addition will include an administrative office, a large kennel area, and two indoor play yards. The site improvements include two separate outdoor play yards and an outdoor grooming court.
